About Who Dey Prints & Embroidery

Emily Davila

Emily Davila

Owner

As a proud Bay County native, Emily’s roots in Panama City run deep. With over 18 years of business experience, she has dedicated her career to providing the Florida Panhandle with the highest standard of custom embroidery, screen printing, and branded apparel.

Emily’s vision for Who Dey Prints & Embroidery is built on the values of hard work and community service. As the wife of an Army veteran and retired Bay County Sheriff’s officer, she holds a profound respect for our military and first responders. This perspective drives her commitment to excellence and integrity in every project the shop takes on.

Under Emily’s leadership, Who Dey has become a trusted partner for local businesses, schools, and organizations looking for premium promotional products and custom spirit wear. She understands that a professional uniform or a perfectly stitched logo is more than just fabric; it’s a representation of the hardworking people of Bay County.

Outside of the shop, you’ll find Emily deeply involved in the local community. Whether she is volunteering in our local schools, cheering on Isabell at the golf course, or supporting Tank on the football field, Emily remains a dedicated Bay County resident. When she isn't at a game or a board meeting, she’s likely embracing her title as the "cruise queen" planning her next adventure or on a pilates reformer.

At Who Dey, Emily has fostered an 'extended family' environment where quality craftsmanship and customer service come first.

“Our goal is to provide Panama City businesses with the gear they need to succeed while maintaining a workplace where our team truly enjoys what they do. When you work with us, you’re working with neighbors.”
